The hotel was reasonably close walk to the train station (~10min). The room was clean and had a nice balcony that overlooked the courtyard/car park. Special shout out goes to the breakfast cook, who was very kind and thoughtful – She saw us on our last morning, checked out and waiting for the breakfast opening time (7am) so we could have a quick breakfast before catching our train, and made us a tasty breakfast plate before the breakfast room opened to save us time. The other mornings, breakfast was also good and they constantly top the food up as it starts to run low.

The staff were great. They were so friendly and helpful. Especially the night shift receptionist. The breakfast was one of the best we had. There were some typically Italian stuffs, but also standard EU, so something for everyone. We were amazed from the honey frame. To this moment i have seen this only in 5 star hotels. I am not sure why people didn’t go for it, but this is the only way to be sure the honey is real. Also it was clean and it is eco friendly.

Very well located, close to the Bologna Centrale train station and a 10 min walk from central area. Room was small but provided enough space and was clean. We also had a terrace with a table and chairs, even if it looked over an inner courtyard we liked to stay there from time to time. Personnel was very helpful and kind. Breakfast had a bit of everything and it was fine for us. Very good coffee!

Arriving by train, the location was good as it’s a short walk from there. The room was clean and refreshed every day. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Two negatives unfortunately and mentioned by others. The air conditioning in our room was very poor and an old fan provided didn’t help a lot. Also we did not find the staff friendly at all - 3 nights there and never a smile or even recognition from the desk.

One of the highlights was its convenient location, situated near the train station and the historic center, which made getting around the city effortless. I also liked how friendly the cleaning staff were. Moreover, the surrounding area felt safe.

Our one-day stay at the hotel in Bologna was exceedingly pleasant, primarily due to its excellent location. Positioned close to the city center, it provided easy access to major attractions and was conveniently near public transport and the train station. The area around the hotel was brimming with various shops and restaurants, making dining and shopping easily accessible. The comfortable and clean rooms, along with the friendly staff, made our brief visit thoroughly enjoyable.

Good location for Central Bologna. Most sites and restaurants within a 30 minute walk, many within 15/20 minutes. Ideal location for a short break in the City. Close to Railway station. Good value for money. Large selection of items at breakfast. Wi-Fi works well.

The space of the room, and there is a very big balcony. The breakfast is quiet, and it's near the train station and many buses can get.

Breakfast was very good. Was able to check in early. Room is large and spacious. Parking is safe and undercover for a reasonable rate. Affordable stay. Friendly staff. Can walk to the downtown core or catch a metro bus.
